Your investment is based on the depth of personalized care you desire. Each session with Hayley is thoughtfully curated, blending advanced modalities and intuitive treatment combinations to best support your skin’s unique needs.
Every session will include a thorough skin analysis, product recommendations and a fully tailored facial depending on how your skin appears the day of your service.

All appointments require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your time. This deposit will be subtracted from your remaining balance.

Preparing for your appointment:
- Please refrain from using any prescription topicals, retinoids or exfoliation at least 3-5 days prior to your appointment.
- It's best to arrive with no makeup but we do have makeup remover for you to use before the session starts.
- Avoid caffeine for 6-12 hours before
- Dress for your comfort - you'll be asked to undress (from top up) before laying down on the treatment bed.
- Remove all jewelry (especially necklaces and larger earrings)

Payment Options & Cancellation Policy
PAYMENTS
A valid credit or debit card is needed on file to book any appointment. There is a non-refundable deposit required to book that will go towards your final balance on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, buy now pay later & exact cash only.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
If you need to cancel please do so atleast 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% last minute cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment, please text 267-978-2788 or email info@hayleylynnskin.com. *Deposits are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL
There is a 10 minute grace to arrive so please plan your time accordingly to avoid being late. If you aren’t inside the building by the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled.
NO SHOW
No call no shows and will result in 50% of service fee and banned from booking. If you have a serious emergency that prevents you from arriving let us know -- We want to do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in our system.
Please no extra guests allowed unless they also have an scheduled appointment.
