New Client FAQ
Rescheduling — Please reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise, your $100 retainer will not be transferred.
Your retainer can be transferred one time when rescheduling, after that it will be forfeited. For a second reschedule, you will need to re-book online using a new retainer fee.
Lateness — In the event that you are late to your appointment, the duration of the service will be adjusted. For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late to your 60 minute treatment, your service will now be 50 minutes. The full value of your treatment will still be charged.
Any arrivals past 15 minutes will be cancelled and not be serviced. Any amounts paid will not be applied to your next appointment.
Our policies are strict & lost time cannot be made up during the service.
Extra Guests & Children — Extra guests or children are not permitted in clinic. Due to safety concerns, service will be refused at the door. No exceptions will be made.
Cell Phone Usage — Hayley Lynn Skin promotes a relaxing experience for each guest. Please silence your phone and refrain from using it during the treatment.
No Shows — Any client who is more than 15 minutes late and has not contacted by texting (267)-837-5288 is considered a no show. Any amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. Any client who no shows will no longer be accepted back at the establishment.
If you do not agree with our clinic policies please refrain from scheduling, as our policies are for everyone and are non-negotiable.
All new clients must complete their intake form before arriving for their first session. These forms will be sent via email after booking your appointment.
Please ensure that all skincare products, medications, and conditions are listed in the form, especially if you are on an acne medication prescribed by your dermatologist.
Avoid the following:
- Facial hair removal (including both waxing and threading) for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
- Exfoliant scrubs and chemical exfoliants like AHA/BHA, retinols, prescription topicals, benzoyl peroxide for 5-7 days prior to your first session.
- Caffeine 12 hours and alcohol 24 hours before to decrease skin sensitivity.
Please reschedule your treatment if any of the following apply:
- Active cold sores
- Botox or filler in the last 2 weeks
- Flared eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis on treatment area
- Recent sunburn or sun tanning within 7 days
- Bruised skin, swelling or broken skin
- Cancer
- Accutane usage in the last 6 months
Please arrive to your appointment without makeup to ensure we utilize the entire time duration efficiently. Makeup remover will be available if needed.
Wear comfortable clothes to your service. It's best to wear an undershirt, t-shirt, or tank during the treatment. When possible, remove large jewelry like hoop earrings and necklaces.

We are located at 100 S Broad Street in the Land Title building. The entrance to the building is next to the USPS on Broad Street.
Once you take the elevator to the 21st floor, we are the first unit to your right.
Best Parking Arrangements:
We highly recommend coming 15-20 minutes early to swiftly park, use the restroom and unwind before your service.
Valet parking is within just a few steps of our entrance at 1415 Sansom Street in the Midtown Parking Garage.
A second option is The Lift at 101 S Juniper Street.
Using SpotHero to pre-reserve a parking spot for your appointment time is also a great option many clients use for competitive rates.
ALL services and products are final sale. Due to the nature of our business, there are no full or partial refunds on any deposits, services, or products under any circumstances.
